24/7 Emergency Response

Restore Your Property with Expert Care

When disaster damages your property, you need a team that can see the whole recovery through. Max Disaster Recovery helps homeowners and property owners across Western New York recover from water, mold, fire and storm damage—from emergency mitigation and remediation through complete reconstruction.

With IICRC-certified technicians, New York State licensing in mold remediation and experience rebuilding after all types of disasters, we bring specialized cleanup and skilled reconstruction together. We coordinate each stage, communicate clearly and focus on returning your property to a safe, comfortable and usable condition.

Water

Fast action can limit water damage and reduce the chance of mold growth. Our IICRC-certified technicians respond to burst pipes, sump pump failures, roof leaks and flooding with water extraction, removal of unsalvageable materials and professional structural drying. We monitor moisture levels and document progress to support your insurance claim, addressing water trapped in building materials before repairs begin.

Mold

When moisture problems lead to mold, proper containment and cleaning are essential. As a New York State licensed mold remediation contractor, we follow the independent mold assessor’s plan, use containment and HEPA air filtration, remove affected materials and clean salvageable surfaces. We also help identify moisture conditions that need correction to reduce the risk of recurrence and prepare the area for independent clearance.

Reconstruction

Disaster recovery goes beyond water and mold. Our reconstruction experience includes rebuilding after fires and fallen-tree damage, as well as repairs following water mitigation and mold remediation. From individual rooms to extensive property restoration, we manage framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, roofing and coordinated electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. We establish a clear repair scope, work with property owners and insurance representatives, and oversee the project through the finishing details.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Max Disaster Recovery LLC during a very stressful situation when my basement flooded. From the moment I contacted them, they responded quickly and professionally. Their team arrived promptly and got straight to work installing a new sump pump, which immediately made a huge difference in controlling the water.
What really stood out was how efficient and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. They didn’t just install the sump pump—they also took the time to thoroughly dry out my basement, using proper equipment and techniques to prevent further damage and potential mold issues.
The crew was courteous, respectful of my home, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping their customers during difficult situations.
I highly recommend Max Disaster Recovery LLC to anyone dealing with water damage or basement flooding. Their quick response, quality work, and professionalism made all the difference
